Meet Kate

Hi! I'm Kate Polselli, Transaction Coordinator with KP Transactions. My family and I relocated to the west coast from Upstate New York and we have loved making Bellingham our home! My husband, Mario, and I have 2 teenage daughters, Amara & Francesca. We live in the Geneva neighborhood and fully embrace the tight knit community it offers. In my spare time, I love to be outside, enjoying the plentiful trails we have here in Bellingham with my dog Fozzie.

I've worked as a full time Transaction Coordinator for 6 years.  In that time, I have closed over 1000 transactions.  It's safe to say, I've seen a lot of contracts and scenarios!  As a Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for timelines, deadlines and open communication. In my past, I have experience working as a personal banker and in the internal audit department of a large credit union on the east coast. This experience taught me the importance of high-quality, concierge level client service and attention to detail, making my role as Transaction Coordinator a perfect fit with my skill set!

My passion for real estate stems from the exceptional responsibility and privilege that it is to be a part of one of the biggest and most important decisions in someone’s life. I love the magical transformation that takes place when a house becomes a home. I pride myself on my excellent work ethic and my desire and dedication to meet the unique needs of each individual client, exceeding their expectations and being there for them every step of the way.
